Thomas Claes

Thomas Claes heads the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung’s office in Côte d’Ivoire. Prior to this, he led the regional project ‘Socially Just Economic Policies in the MENA Region’ and the FES’s Libya office, based in Tunisia.
