Nikolaos Gavalakis heads the editorial office of the IPG-Journal. Previously, he was head of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung's regional office 'Dialogue Eastern Europe' in Kyiv. He studied political science, law and American studies in Mainz and California.
