Walter Kemp

Walter Kemp is Communications Director at the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime and Senior Strategy Advisor at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. He previously held senior positions at the OSCE and was Vice President of the International Peace Institute. He writes on European security and teaches at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna.
