Dr Stephan Klingebiel heads the ‘Inter- and Transnational Cooperation’ research programme at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) in Bonn. From 2019 to June 2021, he headed the UNDP Global Policy Centre in Seoul, South Korea.
