Riyad al-Maliki

Riyad al-Maliki has been Foreign Minister of the Palestinian Territories since 2007. He is a former professor and head of the Department of Civil Engineering at Birzeit University. He was also the founder and director of Panorama, the Palestinian Centre for the Propagation of Democracy and Community Development.
