Richard Gowan

Richard Gowan works at the International Crisis Group, overseeing advocacy at the United Nations and liaising with diplomats and UN officials in New York. Previously, he was a senior policy fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations and taught at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
