Rassul Kospanov
Rassul Kospanov is a political scientist, specialist on Central Asian affairs, senior researcher at the National Analytica Center (NAC) in Astana. Kospanov is also a fellow at the political forecasting agency Nightingale Int., a member of the 'Central Asia – Azerbaijan' expert community and creator of the Kazakh Politics Telegram channel.
