Norbert Walter-Borjans

Dr Norbert Walter-Borjans has been the co-leader of Germany's Social Democratic Party (SPD) since December 2019, together with Saskia Esken. Previously, he was Minister of Finance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia from 2010 to 2017.
