Marius Ghincea is a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich, Visiting Fellow at the Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Studies at the European Institute in Florence and heads the foreign policy program of the Quartet Institute, a Bucharest-based think tank. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute.
