Marcel Röthig is head of the South Caucasus regional office of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and responsible for Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. Previously, he was Country Representative in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, as well as Representative for Belarus and Deputy Country Representative in the Russian Federation.
