Kwabena Nyarko Otoo works for the Trades Union Congress (TUC) Ghana as the Director of Research and Policy in the Labour Research and Policy Institute. He is a senior researcher at the Africa Labour Research Network (ALRN), a network of trade union-linked research units across 13 African countries.
