John Kornblum

John Kornblum is a retired American diplomat. He was US Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany from 1997 to 2001. He then served as head of Germany for the US investment bank Lazard. To this day, he is actively involved in strengthening transatlantic cooperation.
