Gustav A. Horn

Gustav A. Horn is professor of economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen and member of the German Social Democratic Party's board. From 2005 to 2019, he founded and was then Scientific Director of the Institute for Macroeconomics and Cyclical Analysis (IMK) at the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung.
