Chung-in Moon

Moon Chung-in is Professor Emeritus at Yonsei University in Seoul and Editor-in-Chief of Global Asia. He is also the Chair of the Asia-Pacific Leadership Network for Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (APLN) and former Special Adviser of National Security and Foreign Affairs to the ROK President.
