Prof Christian Kastrop is director of the European program of the Bertelsmann Stiftung and teaches at the FU Berlin. Prior to that, he was Director of the Department of Economic Policy Studies of the OECD and Sub-Division Head of the Federal Ministry of Finance in Germany.
