In November, Americans will re-elect the House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate. These elections halfway through President Trump's first term are considered a test for his politics because the outcome will determine how much of his agenda he can still enforce. But it will also reflect the mood of the country: Did the voters come to terms with Trump's populism? And how can the US Democrats position themselves to return to the White House in two years?
