Wulf Lapins

Prof. Dr. Wulf Lapins is director of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Kosovo. Between 1995 and 1997 he helped set up the foundation's Ukraine office. Dr Lapins' current research focuses on German and international security policy.
