Sabine Fischer

Sabine Fischer is a Senior Fellow in the Eastern Europe and Eurasia Division of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP). Her focus is on Russian foreign policy and EU-Russia relations. Most recently, she published the book The Chauvinist Threat: Russia's Wars and Europe's Responses.
