Philipp Fischer

Philipp Fischer is a master’s student in the Peace and Security Studies programme at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH). His other areas of interest include nuclear weapons policy, nuclear arms control and Sino-Russian relations.
