Ludger Volmer

Ludger Volmer was co-founder of the German Greens and party chairman from 1991-94. From 1998 to 2002, he was Minister of State at the Foreign Office. Since 2006 he has been teaching foreign and security policy at the Otto Suhr Institute of the Free University of Berlin. Today he also works as a political consultant and as a freelance writer.
