Prof Julian Nida-Rümelin, a former Minister of State, is Professor of philosophy and political theory at the Department of Philosophy IV of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich.In 2017, he published the book Über Grenzen denken. Eine Ethik der Migration (Thinking About Borders. The ethics of migration).
