Ivan Krastev

Ivan Krastev is Chairman of the Center for Liberal Strategies, Sofia, and the 2018-2019 Henry A. Kissinger Chair in Foreign Policy and International Relations at the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress. He is the co-author (with Stephen Holmes) of the forthcoming book The Light that Failed: How the West Won the Cold War and Lost the Peace (Penguin, 2019).
