Franziska Wehinger heads the regional climate and energy project in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. She worked on international climate policies at the Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE / GDI) and studied political science and economics at the University of Heidelberg and King's College in London.
