Frank Hoffer

Dr Frank Hoffer worked for the International Labour Organization (ILO) and was an Associate Fellow at the Global Labour University Online Academy. He previously worked as a social counsellor at the German Embassies in Moscow and Minsk and as managing director of the ACT initiative, which campaigns for living wages in the textile industry.
