Blerta Cela is the Resident Representative of UNDP in Côte d’Ivoire, leading the organisation’s support to the Government and partners on sustainable development, peace and resilience. With a career spanning assignments in Albania, Senegal, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Bangladesh and Ukraine, she is recognised for her leadership on governance, stabilisation, gender equality and youth empowerment. ⁠
