Achim Vogt heads the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) office in Uganda and the FES project in Sudan, based in Kampala, Uganda. Previously, he worked for the FES, among other things, as head of the offices in Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco and Benin.
