Leonid Litra

Leonid Litra is a Senior Research Fellow at the New Europe Center Kiev and Associate Fellow at the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives "Viitorul" in Chisinau (Moldova), where he was previously Deputy Director. He also worked at the Institute World Policy. In 2011, he was part of the team of experts that conducted the strategic conflict assessment of the Transnistrian conflict for the European Commission.
