Braema Mathi

Braema Mathi currently works as a consultant for the non-profit sector. She is founder of NGOs Transient Workers Count Too and MARUAH (Singapore Working Group for ASEAN Human Rights Mechanism). Previously, Mathi was Member of Parliament in Singapore, a two-term former President of the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE), and former Vice-President of Action for AIDS. She has published book chapters, articles and also written reports for organisations that include think-tanks in Southeast Asia and to the United Nations.
